Alright, we are gonna hit the woods. I am all for the KDM idea. Just in case you did not get my reply, I think we have a crew. Let's set a date between April 21 and the end of April. If everyone is flexible, we can do it when the weather looks best. It's kind of spur of the moment, but I hate to find dried up shrooms.
KDM, let us know what is good for you. Shrooms will be a bonus with a crew like this.

Here is the scoop boys. Turkey season comes in the 16th of April and runs thru the 17th of May in BEAUTIFUL Schuyler County, Rushville.
Hunters leave the woods at 1pm so we are good from 1 p on. (1) If you want to come the night before, kick around the cabin until 1 p the next day we have plenty of rooms in the bunkhouse (11),3 MF Baffrooms, a full kitchen etc etc. (2)If you want to come the day of, do our thing and stay overnight, that is cool. We will have a big ass bonfire, drink beer, dance nekkkkked, beat the ground, cry and talk about how our Daddies mistreated us when we were kids. Bring a bunch-o-guns and we will shoot the shit out of SOMETHING. NO SHOP TALK ALOUD.
I will make myself available any days between the 21st and the 30th of April.
You boys make your plans and let me know. We have 1000 acres to be stupid on and not a Freaking person on earth can tell us to get off. The sooner you nail down your date and give me a head count the better so I can plan.

Boys April 21 I am heading to MI to find a place to live. Unfortunately, the only days on the weekend I can go are 4/6, 4/7. 4/8 is Easter so that Fri before and Sat would work. The rest are booked. IF THE MAJORITY CANT GO THOSE DAYS, THEN GO WITH WITHOUT ME! Of course since I am unemployed, I could go during the week with enough notice.

Hangon a sec. I will try to maneuver some things around and maybe can go 4/21 weekend. If I can get to MI before then and find a place to live during the week that would work too.

Thursday the 26th it is unless I hear different. Neat Little restaurant on North RT 67 just before you leave town on the right side called Deb and Di's. I know you guys can read maps etc so I wont bore you with directions to Rushville. Hope you know more about mushroom hunting than i do, time ,place etc. We have some pretty serious hunters (SHROOM) may be picked over by then. You keep intouch with the guys and stay on top of this safari. Might want to contact me by email, I check that more often.
